24/7 Structured Care

Our 16-bed licensed Group Home A operates around the clock, providing supportive housing for youth working through trauma, chemical dependency, behavioral issues, and other challenges:

  • Daily structure and supervision
  • Strengths-based level system
  • Personalized treatment planning
  • Three meals a day plus snacks
  • Individual, group, and family therapy
  • Weekly progress reviews and goal-setting
  • Home visit planning and aftercare coordination

  • Positive participation in therapy and school
  • Use of coping skills during challenges

Youth earn privileges through progress, including outings, calls, recreation, and eventually home passes.

Education Program

Onsite Classroom

Education is a core part of our day. All youth attend school onsite in our fully accredited classroom led by certified special education teachers and paraprofessionals.

We partner with local school districts, including Fillmore Central Public Schools, to ensure continuity and credit transfer.

Dual-Diagnosis Support

For youth with dual-diagnosis needs, we coordinate with community providers for integrated care and medication management when needed.
