Trigger Identification Map
Know your triggers. Plan your response. Protect your recovery by identifying the people, places, emotions, and situations that threaten your sobriety.
How to Use This Map
This tool helps you identify and prepare for your personal triggers:
- Be honest—list the actual triggers you face, not what you think you "should" list
- Rate severity: Low (manageable), Medium (challenging), High (dangerous)
- Write specific response plans for each trigger
- Keep this somewhere accessible—in your phone, wallet, or with your sponsor
- Your entries are automatically saved as you type
