Fill this out dailyβ€”ideally at the same time each day to build the habit. This works best as a morning or evening ritual.

  • Gratitude: Write 3 things you're grateful for. They don't have to be bigβ€”"coffee this morning" counts!
  • Today's Win: Celebrate one accomplishment. Got out of bed? Made a call? That's a win.
  • Mood & Energy: Quick check-in to notice patterns over time.
